The ECHO Project consortium recently wrapped up their productive General Assembly after 6 months from the beginning of the project at the Polytechnic University of Valencia from the 5th to the 7th of July 2023.

During this important gathering, experts and partners delved into the state-of-the-art advancements across various work packages. The spotlight shone on WP1 to WP3, focusing on the meticulous design of Thermal Energy Storage (TES) installations in the three EU demo cases.

The assembly also dedicated significant attention to the methodology for assessing the environmental, economic, and social impact of these cutting-edge TES solutions. This holistic approach ensures a comprehensive evaluation of the project’s sustainability and benefits.

In addition to these technical discussions, the assembly highlighted ECHO’s dissemination, communication, and exploitation strategies. The project’s ongoing activities and achievements in these areas were presented, emphasizing the significance of knowledge sharing and outreach.
